Founded in 2014, PDG Global has become a trusted authority in the coffee industry – informing and educating both business professionals and coffee consumers about all aspects of coffee and specialty coffee.

We’re looking for an experienced Sales & Relationship Manager to join our team, based in Latin America. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a sales or commercial role. Familiarity with specialty coffee and a deep understanding of key industry players across the supply chain are strong advantages. You’ll work directly with stakeholders across the global coffee sector, including equipment manufacturers, coffee roasters, exporters, producers, green coffee traders, and importers.

Perfect Daily Grind is part of PDG Global, which also includes Coffee Intelligence and PDG Espanol (our trade publications), as well as Producer Roaster ForumGlobal Coffee Awards, and PDG Media.

You’ll also contribute to the growth of all PDG Global publications, supporting content that covers the current state of the coffee industry, emerging trends, and market insights.

About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent, remote position. You’ll be responsible for managing and selling a diverse range of Perfect Daily Grind offerings – including website and newsletter banners, editorial features, giveaways, and other key services and packages for coffee businesses.

This is very much a customer-facing role – and it is a great fit for someone who enjoys connecting with people, identifying opportunities, and building meaningful relationships across cultures and markets. You’ll manage the sales pipeline for the different publications within the group, nurture leads, close deals, manage advertising spaces, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work independently to meet revenue targets in line with the existing sales strategy
  • Sell long-term plans, individual features, and other publication-related services
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, sponsorships, and long-term partnerships
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and sponsors
  • Build connections with stakeholders across the coffee supply chain: roasters, exporters, producers, importers, and others
  • Coordinate with the internal team to ensure successful campaign delivery
  • Participate in regular meetings to update the team on sales progress
  • Provide regular revenue and performance updates to the CEO and COO
  • Work closely with the Head of Sales to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Manage and oversee client advertising campaigns

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Fluent in English (native/bilingual)
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a client-facing sales or account management role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of developing and executing sales strategies
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (G Suite)
  • Strong proactivity and organizational skills

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems
  • Familiarity with the specialty coffee industry
  • Experience working in international or remote teams
